Le 5/6-APB et 5-MAPB bientôt sous contrôle au UK.

Comme pour la méthoxétamine, les autorités sanitaires UK s'apprêtent à  mettre sous "contrôle" plusieurs RC dont le 5 et 6-APB et le 5-MAPB.
Les sites de RC UK commencent à  les retirer. Pour les amateurs de ces produits, faites vite ;-)

"Today (4 juin 2013) it has been announced by the Home Office that there will be some regulatory changes to
temporarily control some of the chemicals we stock.

These are 5-APB, 6-APB, 5-MAPB. (there are other chemicals to be controlled too - some NBOMe derivatives but we do not stock any of these).

6-MAPB, 6-APDB, and 5-APDB are also included.. These have not been on sale here before.

5-IT/6-IT are also included. 5-IT was available for a short time on the market early last year, but was quickly and voluntarily pulled from sale by most responsible vendors due to potential handling and safety concerns that became apparent.

This order, a TCDO, apparently comes into force on Monday 10th June.

For those who don't remember the first TCDO in April 2012, pertaining to MXE, these temporary control orders mean that a chemical upon which one is made, is treated for a period of 12 months as if it was a controlled Class B compound, except for simple possession, which is not an offence, but the materials can still be seized. (disclaimer - that is not to be construed as legal advice, but it's what the Home Office website says).

Therefore, as a company that complies with all laws and regulations, all our stocks of the chemicals in question will be sold this week, well before the Order comes into force."
