Description du blog :If you're flying with JetBlue, you may soon be flying out of the new terminal at Orlando International Airport i.e.
Jetblue Orlando Terminal. After nearly thirty years, the airport has outgrown its previous facilities, and the new facility will be more than capable of handling the volume of passengers that are expected to use the airport over the next decade. Moreover, the airline will be able to operate a variety of new and improved features in the new terminal.
For starters, the new terminal has a full-service baggage handling system. There are also TSA screening lanes and facial recognition systems for international departures. In addition, there are a number of food and beverage options to choose from. Also, there is a Brightline station to provide connections to local and regional rail service.
Another feature of the new terminal is the Orlando Support Center. This is the hub for JetBlue's in-flight crew training program and its ditch pool and flight simulators.
The new terminal also features a train station and a state-of-the-art baggage handling system. Additionally, there is a brightline station that will be linked to the upcoming Miami-Orlando passenger rail service. That, plus the fact that JetBlue will be the official anchor tenant in the facility, should make for an interesting ride for passengers.
